Adolescents & Teens
Adolescence can be a challenging time, with big emotions, changing relationships, academic and social pressures, and increasing expectations. Sophie works with adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, overwhelming emotions, relationship challenges, and other stressors that can make everyday life feel harder.
In therapy, Sophie helps teens better understand themselves and their emotions and develop skills to manage difficult moments.
College Students & Young Adults
College and young adulthood come with a lot of change — new independence, evolving relationships, important decisions, and figuring out what you want your life to look like. It can also be a time when anxiety, depression, stress, and other difficulties become especially hard to manage.
In therapy, Sophie works with college students and young adults to build confidence, strengthen relationships, and work through difficult transitions. She helps clients make changes that reflect what matters most to them.
